Sea Moss comes preserved in its own sea salt. That means it is very salty. Place your MOSSUM Raw Chopped Sea Moss in a container of cold water. A lot of water. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes depending on the quantity.
After a couple of water rinses, you can taste your Sea Moss to ensure it is not salty. It will expand in size. Then it is ready to use in your everyday cooking.
