HOW TO USE SEA MOSS

Additive, Garnish, Seasoning and Thickener.

Incorporating sea moss into your daily diet is as easy as 1 teaspoon in your smoothie or 1 tablespoon in your salad. Sea Moss wants in your body - big time! Additive, seasoning, thickener, garnish. A little or a lot. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert.

Sea Moss comes preserved in its own sea salt. That means it is very salty. Place your MOSSUM Raw Chopped Sea Moss in a container of cold water. A lot of water. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes depending on the quantity. 

After a couple of water rinses, you can taste your sea moss to ensure it is not salty. It will expand in size. Then it is ready to use in your everyday cooking. Keep your soaked sea moss in water in the fridge. It lasts for weeks without any mold build-up.

Single serve - 1 tsp for eggs, smoothie, cereals and yogurt.

Multi serve - 1 - 2 tbsp for soup, salads, pasta, rice and baking.
